Grimaud is not one village, it is three. Old Grimaud perched on its hill, its cobbled streets and the castle ruins overlooking the whole Gulf. Port Grimaud, the Provençal Venice, its colourful houses with their feet in the water. And the coastal strip on the Sainte-Maxime road — Beauvallon, Guerrevieille, Bartole, Saint-Pons-les-Mûres — its villa estates facing the sea.
This is where I live and work, at the centre of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Many of the families who contact me rent a villa on the heights of Beauvallon or Guerrevieille — three generations scattered the rest of the year across several cities, sometimes several countries, together for a week or two. Sometimes with a birthday to celebrate. Sometimes just to be together.

My signature session in Grimaud
The family session, from the Beauvallon heights to the canals.
My favourite moment here begins on a terrace in Beauvallon or Guerrevieille, late in the afternoon. The bay of Saint-Tropez spreads out below, the children circle the pool, the grandparents settle in facing the view — and while they watch the sea, I make the first images, the ones where no one is thinking about the camera. Then, if you wish, we head down: the canals of Port Grimaud and their colourful facades, or the medieval streets of the village — the three Grimauds within the same session.
Four people or twenty across three generations, I build the combinations one by one: the full group, each family, each couple, each set of siblings, each parent with each of their children. Larger families usually choose Héritage Familial (€890, up to twelve people, 40 photos) or the Constellations — Premium (€1,290, up to sixteen) and Signature (€1,690, up to twenty, 80 photos, a second set-up for everyone). First packages at €390, fully bespoke from €2,290 beyond twenty.
And once the gallery opens, many families keep going: 30, 50, sometimes 70 additional photographs ordered afterwards, with the result in front of their eyes.
When the stay deserves more than one session
The birthday in the Beauvallon villa.
It is the event I cover most in Grimaud: a sixtieth or seventieth prepared in secret for months, in a rented villa on the heights. The guests arrive in waves from three countries, the guest of honour believes it is a small dinner, and by the time they understand, the bay of Saint-Tropez is already glittering behind the candles. That moment lasts four seconds. I am there for it.
An evening from €1,490, a full day from €4,500, several days by quote — at the villa, the restaurant, along the canals. It all starts with a locked date. You contact me, I call you back within 24 hours, often within 2; we set the place, the time, the family configuration, and a 50% deposit via secure payment link locks your slot — in high season, that is the difference between a session and a regret. The deposit also unlocks my preparation guide: outfits, colours, tips for the children. The balance is settled on the day, in cash or by card. I arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to meet you and scout the light, outside your session time — and based in Grimaud, I travel throughout the Gulf at no extra charge.
After the session: private gallery within 48 to 72 hours, every photo in colour and in black and white. You select, your HD files arrive within 24 hours, premium prints follow within 5 to 7 business days, shipped worldwide — to several addresses if the family flies home across Europe. Additional photos and prints at preferential rates from your gallery, up to large formats — canvas up to 90×150 cm, aluminium and plexiglass up to 50×75 cm. And if it rains, we simply move to the next day.

Yes — and it is the most common setup. Terrace, garden, pool, view over the bay of Saint-Tropez: the place where your family is most at ease usually gives the best images. We can move on to the canals of Port Grimaud or the old village right after, within the same session.
