Question 1

How much does a photographer cost for a corporate event in Saint-Tropez?

Accepted Answer

A two-hour evening from €1,490, a four-hour half day from €2,500, an eight-hour full day from €4,500 — photography, post-production, standard rights licence and travel within the Gulf included. Two or three days on request. The estimate is drawn up after a fifteen-minute call.

Question 2

When are the photos delivered?

Accepted Answer

Private gallery within 72 to 96 hours, every image retouched and calibrated. With the next-morning gallery option, at €350, it is online at 9:00 the following day and your first twenty files reach you within the hour.

Question 3

What does the rights licence include?

Accepted Answer

All of your channels — website, print, social media, newsletters, marketing and advertising, internal use — and use by the partners present at the event, for a duration and territory written on the estimate. Written in one paragraph on the estimate, in accordance with article L.131-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code. Wider or longer uses priced separately.

Question 4

Do you photograph on board a yacht?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at anchor in the bay or alongside. Arrival by tender before the first guests, exterior views of the yacht from the water at sunset, then deck and saloon in available light. No drone without the port's authorisation.

Question 5

Are you available during Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez?

Accepted Answer

It is the busiest week of my year, and the one I keep for corporate events. From 26 September to 4 October 2026, dates are confirmed on deposit, and I would rather tell you early that a date has gone than hold it in silence.

Question 6

Do you cover hotel seminars?

Accepted Answer

Yes, over one or several days, in the four- and five-star hotels of the Gulf and the wine estates: plenary, workshops, breaks, activities and closing dinner. One photographer and one gallery for the whole programme.

Question 7

Do you offer video and drone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A 60-to-90-second aftermovie, a 2-to-4-minute event film with interviews, a teaser the next morning, aerial views by a professional remote pilot registered with the DGAC, with the permits requested for you. My video team shoots under my direction; photography, video and drone appear on the same estimate, with the same rights licence and a single contact. Aftermovie from €1,250, event film from €2,150, aerial views from €350, with the photo coverage.

Question 8

Do you work with flash?

Accepted Answer

Only if the light demands it. I work in available light, indoors and in the evening included, by raising the sensitivity. The result stays natural and nobody interrupts what they were doing.

Question 9

Can participants download their photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The gallery is private but its link can be shared freely internally. Everyone selects and downloads free of charge, in high definition and in social media format, for three months.

Question 10

How does invoicing work?

Accepted Answer

50% deposit on acceptance of the estimate, by bank transfer or secure payment link; balance by card at the end of the event or by transfer within three days. Net prices — VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Question 11

Do you work outside the Gulf of Saint-Tropez?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as far as Saint-Raphaël, Fréjus, Hyères, Le Lavandou, Cannes and Monaco. Travel included within the Gulf, charged at cost beyond.

Question 12

Will the images appear on your website?

Accepted Answer

Unless you ask in writing before the event, a short selection may be shown for demonstration purposes, after your own publication, without the name of the venue or the brand.

Question 13

Do you offer paper prints?

Accepted Answer

On request, but it is not the heart of a corporate assignment. Delivery is digital: high-definition files and versions optimised for your publications.
