Ludovic · Le Photographe

An event photographer.
Based in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

You are organising a corporate evening, a launch, a gala, a seminar, a reception for your clients or your partners. You need images that live up to the venue and the guests, delivered fast, with usage rights suited to your needs and written on the estimate.

Twenty years in the profession, in France and abroad. I photograph what your event needs to show: your guests and your executives, your partners and their signage, your product, your stands, the venue as a whole and its atmosphere. We define together what matters to you before the day; on site, I work without interrupting anyone.

Luxury houses, palace hotels, brands, groups: I know your codes — discretion, high standards, a controlled image — and I work with a single point of contact, on your side as on mine. You write to me through the form, I call you, and the estimate follows within 24 hours, often within two. For a last-minute request, I reply within the hour; if the date is free, I am there.

The same evening, the event is over.
The next morning, you can already publish.

Assignments

Five kinds of event.
One way of working.

01

Corporate evening, gala and reception

Cocktail, dinner, awards ceremony, client evening, company anniversary. I arrive ahead of time to read the venue and the light, introduce myself to you, then cover the evening as we defined it together: the arrivals, the speeches, the conversations, the room and the table, your partners and their signage, and — if you wish — portraits of the hosts and guests of honour between two moments.

02

On board

Cocktails, sundowners and partner receptions on a yacht, at anchor or alongside. Exterior views from a tender in the last light, aerial views as an option, deck and saloon in available light, guests and partner brands as the evening unfolds.

03

Brand hospitality during the major fixtures

Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez, the Giraglia, the Monaco Yacht Show, the Cannes Yachting Festival, the Cannes Film Festival, Cannes Lions, the Monaco Grand Prix. Your partner terrace, your villa or the beach you have taken for the week, your product, your guests — with the coast as the backdrop.

04

Opening, launch, press event

Site opening, launch of a laboratory or a product, press trip. Signage, architecture and brand elements kept within the frame; the speeches, the ribbon, the first glass, the groups that form afterwards.

05

Hotel seminar, convention, incentive

Plenary, workshops, panel, breaks, closing dinner. In the four- and five-star hotels of the Gulf, from Saint-Tropez to Ramatuelle, and in the wine estates. The working moments as well as the informal ones, which are often the best. One photographer for the whole programme, over one or several days.

You are…

An executive, marketing or communications directorYou want images that serve for a long time across all your channels, without a new estimate for each use. You have them, and the licence is in writing.
A luxury house, boutique, brandA launch in store, a client evening, a collection presentation in Saint-Tropez, Cannes or Monaco. You want a photographer who knows your codes, who respects your image and your guests, and whose work slips into your communication without any retouching on your side.
An event agency, corporate planner, mediaYou have a client, a brief and a running order. You want a photographer who already knows the venues of the Gulf, who follows your schedule without being told twice, and whose images are ready when your client needs them.
A concierge, hotel manager, meetings & events managerA client asks you for a photographer for tonight, for a seminar, for a dinner. You want a name you can give without risk, reachable within the hour.
A yacht broker, captain, charter managerA cocktail on board during Les Voiles, an owners' dinner, a presentation alongside. You want a photographer used to working on board, discreet with your guests, and who knows how to show a yacht in the evening light.

A few images

Receptions, launches, seminars.

Groups in action, brand presence, portraits on site, the atmosphere of the venues.

Method

What your images will show.

In available light

Indoors and in the evening, I raise the sensitivity rather than add light. The result stays natural and nobody interrupts what they were doing. A discreet flash only if the light demands it.

From a distance, and up close

Conversations left to run their course, photographed from a distance so that faces are true. Up close for the handshake, the speech, the toast. For portraits, I direct — briefly.

Brand presence

Your signage, the dressed entrance, the product on the table, the partner logos on the tender or the sails. Photographed deliberately, for each partner. The images that prove, later, that you were there.

Framed for your media

Horizontal first, for LinkedIn and institutional documents. And a few images composed with free space, to place a title or a logo without cropping.

No single file

Two camera bodies, dual card recording, on-site backups during the coverage. An equipment failure does not put your images at risk.

Delivery

Online within 72 to 96 hours.
Selection inside the gallery.

72 to 96 hPrivate online gallery, every image retouched and calibrated
In the galleryYou mark your favourites, I see them as you go
24 hWeTransfer in two formats as soon as your selection is complete

Over a two-hour evening, I take 400 to 600 images and edit them down to a private gallery of 200 to 300 photographs.

Your selection happens inside the gallery: you mark your favourites — your first twenty for social media, the rest when your team has the time — and I see them as you go. No list to type, no email to send. Once the selection is complete, the files reach you by WeTransfer within 24 hours, in two formats: social media files, 2,600 px, ready for Instagram, LinkedIn and your website, and full-resolution high-definition files for print and press. Black and white versions on request.

The gallery is private and dedicated to your company. You share the link internally as you see fit; everyone selects and downloads free of charge. It stays open for three months.

Next-morning gallery — option €350

The same gallery online at 9:00 the next morning, your first twenty files within the hour. Your channels and your partners' recap are published before noon. Overnight editing of the entire shoot.

Your rights

Two lines on every estimate.
Written so your legal team reads them in a minute.

Photography and post-production on one line. The rights licence on the other, in plain terms — duration, territory, media, exclusions — in accordance with article L.131-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code. Nothing to interpret six months later.

The standard licence, included in the packages below, covers your own communication without limitation: website and online editorial, print, social media, newsletters, marketing and advertising material, internal use. Duration and territory written on the estimate, suited to your use. Partners present at your event may use the images for their own communication about the event.

Two exclusions: resale or transfer to a stock library, and transfer to third parties absent from the event. Campaigns unrelated to the event and editorial republication by third parties are priced separately: you only pay for what you use.

Video & drone

A film of your event.
On the same estimate, with the same contact.

Aerial views

The yacht at anchor in the bay, the villa and its terrace, the estate, the fleet of sails offshore. Professional remote pilot registered with the DGAC, the French civil aviation authority, aerial liability insurance, and the permits — prefecture, port, municipality — that I request for you: allow seven to fifteen working days depending on the zone. Never above the guests, never without the captain's agreement, weather and regulations permitting. From €350 in unrestricted areas, €590 with permit applications, as an option on any video package or on its own for a series of aerial shots and photographs.

Video and drone appear on the same estimate as the photo coverage, with the same rights licence — your channels and your partners, duration and territory written on the estimate. Licensed music for web and social media; extended TV and advertising rights on request. Files delivered in 4K, 16:9 and 9:16 for social formats, two rounds of revisions included, subtitles in another language on request. Additional filming hour €200; second camera operator from €650 per day; express aftermovie within 48 to 72 hours + €350; raw footage on request. Net prices, VAT not applicable.

Yachts

What I need when the event is at anchor.

A tender slot thirty minutes before the first guests, from the harbour office or your marina — that is what makes the first images possible right on time, and I would rather lock it in with whoever manages the tenders than discover it on the day. A word to the captain about the accessible spaces. The list of partners present, so that brand presence is photographed for each of them. For exterior views, a tender for a fifteen-minute turn around the yacht in the last light; without a tender, exteriors are shot from the deck and the price does not change.

On my side: two camera bodies, three lenses, no tripod on deck, no drone without the port's authorisation. A guest who does not wish to be photographed is not. The yacht's name never appears in file names or metadata; you decide where it appears.

Frequently asked questions

What I am asked.

How much does a photographer cost for a corporate event in Saint-Tropez?

A two-hour evening from €1,490, a four-hour half day from €2,500, an eight-hour full day from €4,500 — photography, post-production, standard rights licence and travel within the Gulf included. Two or three days on request. The estimate is drawn up after a fifteen-minute call.

When are the photos delivered?

Private gallery within 72 to 96 hours, every image retouched and calibrated. With the next-morning gallery option, at €350, it is online at 9:00 the following day and your first twenty files reach you within the hour.

What does the rights licence include?

All of your channels — website, print, social media, newsletters, marketing and advertising, internal use — and use by the partners present at the event, for a duration and territory written on the estimate. Written in one paragraph on the estimate, in accordance with article L.131-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code. Wider or longer uses priced separately.

Do you photograph on board a yacht?

Yes, at anchor in the bay or alongside. Arrival by tender before the first guests, exterior views of the yacht from the water at sunset, then deck and saloon in available light. No drone without the port's authorisation.

Are you available during Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez?

It is the busiest week of my year, and the one I keep for corporate events. From 26 September to 4 October 2026, dates are confirmed on deposit, and I would rather tell you early that a date has gone than hold it in silence.

Do you cover hotel seminars?

Yes, over one or several days, in the four- and five-star hotels of the Gulf and the wine estates: plenary, workshops, breaks, activities and closing dinner. One photographer and one gallery for the whole programme.

Do you offer video and drone?

Yes. A 60-to-90-second aftermovie, a 2-to-4-minute event film with interviews, a teaser the next morning, aerial views by a professional remote pilot registered with the DGAC, with the permits requested for you. My video team shoots under my direction; photography, video and drone appear on the same estimate, with the same rights licence and a single contact. Aftermovie from €1,250, event film from €2,150, aerial views from €350, with the photo coverage.

Do you work with flash?

Only if the light demands it. I work in available light, indoors and in the evening included, by raising the sensitivity. The result stays natural and nobody interrupts what they were doing.

Can participants download their photos?

Yes. The gallery is private but its link can be shared freely internally. Everyone selects and downloads free of charge, in high definition and in social media format, for three months.

How does invoicing work?

50% deposit on acceptance of the estimate, by bank transfer or secure payment link; balance by card at the end of the event or by transfer within three days. Net prices — VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Do you work outside the Gulf of Saint-Tropez?

Yes, as far as Saint-Raphaël, Fréjus, Hyères, Le Lavandou, Cannes and Monaco. Travel included within the Gulf, charged at cost beyond.

Will the images appear on your website?

Unless you ask in writing before the event, a short selection may be shown for demonstration purposes, after your own publication, without the name of the venue or the brand.

Do you offer paper prints?

On request, but it is not the heart of a corporate assignment. Delivery is digital: high-definition files and versions optimised for your publications.
